For an exterior inspection of your water line, we can often assess conditions without you being present. Interior work does require access, so we'd coordinate a time that works for you.

What should I tell you in the message?

Anything you've noticed: damp ground, reduced water pressure, unexplained increases in your water bill, discoloured water, or sounds from the pipes. Even partial observations help.

Is this an emergency service?

We offer assessment consultations during business hours. If you're experiencing an active main break with significant water loss, contact your local municipality first — they can shut off the supply while you arrange next steps.
